Reviews and Ratings
I found the hotel to be just the right choice for our exhibition visit. The room, despite being a bit small, was tidy and had all the necessary amenities. However, the constant cold temperature and the need to carry luggage up 11 stairs to reach the room were minor inconveniences.
My stay at the hotel was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were very quiet, providing a good night's sleep, perfect for a last-minute booking after my flight got canceled. While the rooms were small, they were just right for my needs, although they had a basic and somewhat austere decor. The service was top-notch, with the staff being incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, just a stone's throw away from the main train station, making it convenient for my evening arrival on the ICE train. However, the area around the hotel felt a bit sketchy, more like a messy storage area. The dining options were okay and reasonably priced but did not offer anything remarkable. The facilities were adequate for my short stay.
I found the hotel to have its ups and downs. The rooms were clean and regularly serviced, but unfortunately, they were quite cold despite leaving the heater on. The service, on the other hand, was efficient and the staff was helpful and kind. The location was convenient, being very close to the main train station, although the street noise could be bothersome. The dining options were satisfactory with reasonable pricing. Overall, a mixed experience worth considering.
This hotel is located in a convenient spot near Frankfurt Central train station, making it handy for travelers arriving by train. The rooms were tidy and provided a quiet environment for a good night's sleep, though they were on the smaller side, limiting space for luggage. The dining options were acceptable, offering brewed Italian coffee and ok meals. The location, while close to amenities like the Messe, was noted for having some suspicious individuals around. Overall, a decent hotel with some room for improvement.
Despite some small drawbacks, like the need to carry bags up 11 stairs to the room and the temperature fluctuations, I found the hotel to offer a mix of positives and negatives. The staff was helpful and very kind, even going out of their way not to charge for the first night. However, the room service and commercial options were lacking a bit, though they did offer a welcome drink upon arrival.
